We hosted a DIY photobooth at our wedding — with a local photography student manning the camera (for less than $20/hour). We were lucky enough to have someone provide the backdrop stands, so we just used our polka-dot fabric (that we used a runners) as the backdrop.

I stumbled upon this photobooth backdrop at Green Wedding Shoes. Freaking Brilliant. I want one.

I’ve heard of hanging a backdrop & adding props…but the frame cut-outs are fantastic!
My main issue trying to do this for my reception…when do the guests RECEIVE the pictures?!
The best part about a photo booth is that the little strip replaces the need for having a favor because your friends can take their pictures home with them. But with a camera on a tripod, how and when do the guests receive their pictures?! That’s the part I can’t get past!
Thanks for the help!
